Cet ing\u00e9nieur, architecte et entrepreneur passionn\u00e9, et surtout amoureux d\u2019Indochine, a fait de nombreux voyages dans ces r\u00e9gions. C\u2019est ainsi \u00e0 sa passion de l\u2019Indochine que l\u2019on doit la forme particuli\u00e8re du ch\u00e2teau, r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la l\u00e9gende de la pagode, ce lieu de culte bouddhiste. Il ram\u00e8nera \u00e9galement d\u2019Indochine \u00e0 la fin du XIXe si\u00e8cle, les fa\u00efences turquoises dispos\u00e9es aux angles, mais aussi les trois dragons perch\u00e9s sur le toit terrasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\">Le ch\u00e2teau occupait jusqu\u2019en 1944 tout le quartier Mar Vivo, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la plage des Sablettes en contrebas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:31.1%\">\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\">Malheureusement la guerre a morcel\u00e9 le terrain, et des traces de bunkers sont d\u2019ailleurs encore visible l\u00e0 o\u00f9 jadis se trouvait l\u2019immense jardin de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\">Face \u00e0 cette histoire riche, la r\u00e9novation du ch\u00e2teau avait un objectif principal&nbsp;: conserver l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 et le charme de ce b\u00e2timent historique construit en 1898, tout en apportant la modernit\u00e9 et le luxe que m\u00e9ritait une telle demeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\">Le r\u00e9sultat est saisissant&nbsp;: une immense villa de 600 m<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp; aux volets bleus turquoises, pos\u00e9e au milieu d\u2019un terrain de 4000 m<sup>2<\/sup> o\u00f9 si\u00e8gent des dizaines de pins, oliviers, poivriers ou encore yukas&nbsp;; plusieurs terrasses sur lesquelles vous appr\u00e9cierez vous d\u00e9tendre et observer la vue saisissante sur la mer&nbsp;; une piscine \u00e0 d\u00e9bordement qui domine la mer.
